The 17th edition of CREDAI Chennai FAIRPRO 2025, held from 14th to 16th February 2025 at the Chennai Trade Centre, has made history by surpassing all previous records in participation, bookings, and sales volume. The overwhelming response from homebuyers and investors has further cemented FAIRPRO as South India’s largest and most trusted real estate expo.
The Honourable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thiru. M.K Stalin, Inaugurated CREDAI FAIRPRO 2025 and unveiled the “Super Chennai” on Friday, February 14, 2025, and the Honourable Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MS&ME), Thiru. T. M. Anbarasan and Honourable Minister for Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Thiru. P. K. Sekarbabu, was also present during the event, along with Tmt. Kakarla Usha IAS, Additional Chief Secretary, Housing & Urban Development Department, Dr. Prabhakar IAS, Member Secretary CMDA and Thiru. Ganesan IAS, Commissioner DTCP. Shri. Parminder Singh, Chief General Manager and Shri. M V R Murali Krishna, General Manager Network – 1 from our Title Sponsor State Bank of India also present in the dais.
This year’s FAIRPRO witnessed an astounding 44,712 walk-ins, resulting in 385 bookings and an unprecedented ₹363 crores in total sales value. These numbers are expected to increase further gradually in the next one to two weeks, as many prospective buyers are scheduled for site visits before finalizing their purchases. This sets a new benchmark in FAIRPRO’s history, reinforcing the strong demand for quality housing.
The expo featured 80 leading developers showcasing over 500 projects, covering a diverse range of properties, including apartments, plots, villas, and commercial spaces. Adding to the success, five leading banks sanctioned home loans, with SBI leading the disbursement volume, enabling homebuyers to fulfil their dreams of homeownership with ease.

Prior to FAIRPRO 2024, CREDAI Chennai organized a highly successful home loan mela from 1st March to 3rd March at Vijaya Mahal. This year FAIRPRO 2024 has seen participation from more than 75 developers with over 200 projects showcasing 32.5 million square feet of apartment space, 0.25 million square feet of commercial space, and 325 acres of plots spanning a wide price range from Rs. 15 lakhs to Rs. 15 crores. The expo provided a comprehensive platform for both buyers and developers to explore diverse housing options and investment opportunities.
The 15th edition of CREDAI - Chennai Fairpro 2023 was inaugurated on Friday, February 17, 2023. The three-day event features plots, villas, affordable housing, retail, and commercial spaces from more than 450 projects in Chennai, Tiruvallur, Kancheepuram, and Chengalpet districts, showcased by more than 70 developers.
The event was inaugurated by Past presidents of CREDAI Chennai, Mr. Prakash Challa, Mr. Chitty Babu, Mr. Sandeep Metha, Mr. Ajith Chordia, Mr. Suresh Krishn, Mr. W.S. Habib & Mr. T. Padam Dugar along with CREDAI Chennai President Mr. S. Sivagurunathan and Secretary Mr. P. Kruthivas at the Chennai Trade Centre in Nandambakkam on Friday, February 17, 2023.
The Honourable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thiru. M.K Stalin, unveiled the 'Real Estate Vision 2030' at CREDAI FAIRPRO 2023 on Saturday, February 18, 2023, and the Honourable Minister for Industries, Thiru. Thangam Thennarasu, was also present during the event, along with Selvi. Apoorva IAS, Principal Secretary of the Housing and Urban Development Department.
FAIRPRO 2023 saw more than 66 developers showcasing nearly 15,000 dwelling units in the price range of Rs. 10 Lakhs to Rs. 10 Crores. As a precursor to FAIRPRO 2023, CREDAI Chennai organized a home loan mela which was held between February 10 and February 12 at Vijaya Mahal. Home loans to the tune of Rs. 700 crores were sanctioned by SBI, Indian Bank, Canara Bank, LIC, and HDFC bank.
After a gap of two years, CREDAI-Chennai organized the 14th edition of the annual flagship property expo, FAIRPRO 2022, at the Chennai Trade Centre from March 4-6. The event was inaugurated by the Past President of CREDAI Chennai, Mr. Prakash Challa.
Thiru. S. Muthusamy, the Honourable Minister for Housing and Urban Development, unveiled the 'Real Estate Vision 2030' of the State on March 5 and also announced the implementation of the Construction Labourers Welfare and Insurance Scheme for one lakh workers by CREDAI Chennai Foundation and TN Construction Workers Welfare Board at CREDAI FAIRPRO 2022. Thiru. Hiteshkumar Makwana, IAS, Principal Secretary of the Housing and Urban Development Department; Thiru. Anshul Mishra, IAS, Member Secretary of CMDA; Thiru. Saravanavelraj, IAS, Director of DTCP; and Thiru. Ponkumar, Chairman of the TN Construction Workers Welfare Board, were also part of the event.
The property expo lasted for three days, during which 65 developers displayed nearly 400+ residential projects with prices ranging from Rs. 25 Lakhs to Rs. 10 Crores and above.

Thiru Rajesh Lakhoni, I.A.S, Secretary- Housing and Urban Development Department, Thiru D Karthikeyan, IAS, Member Secretary of CMDA and Thiru Chandra Sekhar Sakhamuri, I.A.S, Commissioner, DTCP were also part of the inauguration event. The property expo lasted for three days where 70 developers displayed nearly 400+ residential projects with prices that ranged from Rs. 21 Lakhs to Rs. 11 Crores and above.

Chennai, 10th February 2017: Chennai Chapter of Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India widely known as CREDAI CHENNAI, which is the apex body of Real Estate Developers inaugurated their annual flagship property and real-estate exhibition “FAIRPRO 2017“. Actress Tamannaah Bhatia, Mr. Dharmendra Pratap Yadav, I.A.S. & Mr. B Ramesh Babu, Chief General Manager, State Bank of India inaugurated the event. The exhibition in its 10th edition will take place from 10th to 12th February 2017 at Chennai Trade Center, Nandambakkam. FAIRPRO’17 will witness 75 developers showcasing 300 residential projects with the prices ranging from Rs. 10 Lakhs to Rs. 10 Crores.
