20th NATIONAL CONVENTION OF CREDAI

20th Edition of NATCON was held from 11th to 13th November, 2022 at Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. The largest annual convention of India was back after a gap of 3 years and serves participation of 1200 delegates this year. Members of the UAE Royal Family, H E Sunjay Sudhir, Indian Ambessador in UAE and H E Swami Brahmavihari, Senior Priest of BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha graces the inaugural of the NATCON.

Corporate leaders like Mr. Yusuff Ali (M.A, Chairman & MD, Lulu Group) and PNC Menon (Founder & Chairman, Sobha Ltd.). Celebrity Sports person like Mr. Sourav Ganguly, Bollywood Star Farhan Akhtar were some of the Key Speakers at CREDAI Natcon 2022.

3 Major announcements were made by Harsh Vardhan Patodia (President, CREDAI) :-

• 13,000+ member developers have taken a pledge to become 100% carbon neutral by 2050.
• HDFC Capital & CREDAI announce investment in Tier- 2 & Tier -3 Future Cities through its U$ 3 billion fund.
• CREDAI to set up an INR 750 Cr ‘Sphyre VC’ fund for emerging startups in the RE sector in partnership with Venture Catalyst.

Representatives of Banks Ancillary industries and Representatives of various Media Houses also attended the event.
