It is with great honor and excitement that I step into the role of President of CREDAI Chennai. As I embark on this journey, I am deeply inspired by the vision statement: "MY BUSINESS MY DELIGHT." These four simple yet powerful words remind us that in the business of real estate, our ultimate goal is not merely financial success but the creation of joy and fulfilment for all stakeholders involved.
I am humbled by the trust you have placed in me to carry forward the legacy of excellence and integrity established by our Past Presidents. I understand the weight of this responsibility and will uphold the values that define our organization.

The information age has granted us access to information at the click of a button. Dissemination of information has become increasingly effortless. However, with this liberty and ease to share data, comes the disadvantage of inaccuracy.
The real estate industry has been bearing the brunt of this for the past few years. On the 11th of May 2020 our President Padam Dugar (RAW -Vice Chairman) and President Elect Sivagurunathan (RAW – Chairman) resolutely decided to nip this in the bud by gleaning and collating data from the most reliable, unbiased and authentic sources such as TNRERA. This marked the birth of RAW Chennai.
