What is NIS?
CREDAI holds summits regularly to dive deeper into the problems at hand and come up with practical solutions for them. New India Summit 2018 where 1000+ developers were expected to participate was organised for this very reason. The theme for this summit was “Let’s RISE”. With the ‘Housing for all by 2022’ programme launched by the government to enable the construction of over two crore affordable houses, the importance of the housing sector can be clearly understood. This segment has a lot of potential in tier II and tier III cities because the land prices there are affordable and the land is abundant.
